In the lead-up to summer time, it is the time of the Ninja Creami! As we come out of pudding season, it is only right to redirect our sweet cravings towards colder desserts. This is where this week’s recipe comes in.

In this article, I will share my How To Make Gluten-Free and Vegan Ninja Creami Ice Cream recipe. Thanks to the Ninja Creami, this recipe is very easy to make. The hardest it gets is finding the ingredients in a shop and blending them together using the Ninja Creami.

What is a Ninja Creami?

The Ninja Creami is a versatile machine that can make ice cream, sorbets, gelatos, smoothies and more. It has a range of different settings, and blends the ingredients inside the cup so that the result has a consistent and creamy texture.

Portions and Proportions

This recipe makes 2-3 servings of ice cream. If you want to make more or less, that should be fine as long as you don’t change the proportions of the ingredients. Obviously, if you want to make more portions, I’d recommend using more than 1 cup.

Ninja Creami Ice Cream

How To Make Gluten-Free and Vegan Ninja Creami Ice Cream.

Gluten Free VIPs
A quick and delicious Ninja Creami recipe to make gluten-free and vegan nutty banana ice cream.

Equipment

  • 1 Ninja Creami
  • 1  spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 280 ml of Almond Milk
  • 2 Chopped Bananas
  • 3 tbsps of Pistachio Butter
  • 125 ml of Vanilla Yoghurt
  • 70 g of Gluten-Free and Vegan Chocolate Pieces

Instructions
 

  • Place the chopped bananas then the pistachio butter into the cup of the Ninja Creami.
  • Next pour the almond milk into the Ninja Creami up until the halfway line.
  • Put the lid back onto the cup, then place the cup in the freezer for at least a few hours (for best results leave overnight).
  • Take the cup out of the freezer and then secure the cup in the Ninja Creami. Press ice lite mode.
  • Remove the cup from the Creami. Take off the lid. Using a spoon, hollow out the centre. Pour out the yoghurt in this hollowed out centre.
  • Place the lid back on the cup. Secure the cup again in the Ninja Creami. This time press respin.
  • Detach the cup and take the lid off. Hollow out the centre with the chocolate pieces.
  • Put the lid back on. Reattach the cup. Then press mix in.
  • Remove the cup. Take off the lid. Scoop out the ice cream into a bowl.
  • Enjoy!
