80gGluten Free Vegan Chocolate Chicks
50gGluten Free Vegan White Chocolate Mini Half Eggs
Instructions
Weigh out the gluten free and vegan chocolate and cornflakes
Heat up the chocolate either using the microwave (in two 30 second increments) or heat up the chocolate by placing the chocolate in a bowl over a pot of boiling water
In a mixing bowl, gently mix the gluten free vegan cornflakes and the melted gluten free vegan chocolate together
Put the chocolate cornflakes into cupcake cases
Leave the easter nests out at room temperature for 30 minutes to an hour (or put it in the fridge to speed up the process)
