Ingredients Used To Make The Easter Nest
- 210 g Gluten Free & Vegan Chocolate This is the chocolate that will be used for melting
- 180 g Gluten Free & Vegan Cornflakes
Easter Nests Decorations of your choice (but listed below will be what I used for reference)
- 80 g Gluten Free Vegan Chocolate Chicks
- 50 g Gluten Free Vegan White Chocolate Mini Half Eggs
Weigh out the gluten free and vegan chocolate and cornflakes
Heat up the chocolate either using the microwave (in two 30 second increments) or heat up the chocolate by placing the chocolate in a bowl over a pot of boiling water
In a mixing bowl, gently mix the gluten free vegan cornflakes and the melted gluten free vegan chocolate together
Put the chocolate cornflakes into cupcake cases
Leave the easter nests out at room temperature for 30 minutes to an hour (or put it in the fridge to speed up the process)
