150mlVegan MilkI used almond milk
60gCocoa Powder
1tspBaking Powder
1tspVanilla Extract

140gGluten Free Vegan Chocolate
Toppings (Optional)

40gGluten Free Vegan ChocolateI chose milk chocolate, but feel free to use dark or white chocolate
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180oC (160oC fan)
Line a baking dish with parchment paper
Mix together all of the dry ingredients (flour, brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder) - hold off from adding the chocolate and macadamia nuts until the end)
Next, create a little divot in the centre of the now mixed dry ingredients, and then add the wet ingredients (coconut oil, vegan milk, and vanilla extract)
Give everything a thorough mixing together, and then fold into the mixture the macadamia nuts and (chopped into chunks) gluten free vegan chocolate
Put the mixture into the parchment-lined baking dish and then add the macadamia nuts and (chopped into chunks) gluten free vegan chocolate as toppings - the toppings are totally optional, but greatly appreciated
