Gluten Free Vegan Roasted Carrots That You Must Make

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Carrots
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200oC (fan)
  • Wash and peel the carrots
  • Place the carrots in the oven proof dish
  • Add the olive oil to the carrots and give them a gentle stir so they are all covered with oil
  • Next add the rosemary, salt and black pepper and once again gently stir them in the ovenproof dish so that all the carrots are evenly covered
  • Cook/ roast the carrots for 45 minutes to 1 hour
  • Take out of the oven and enjoy!
