- 8 Carrots
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Rosemary
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
Preheat the oven to 200oC (fan)
Wash and peel the carrots
Place the carrots in the oven proof dish
Add the olive oil to the carrots and give them a gentle stir so they are all covered with oil
Next add the rosemary, salt and black pepper and once again gently stir them in the ovenproof dish so that all the carrots are evenly covered
Cook/ roast the carrots for 45 minutes to 1 hour
Take out of the oven and enjoy!
