Ingredients
  

  • 4 Custard Creams (gluten free & vegan version)
  • 125 ml Coconut Water
  • 100 g Alpro Vanilla Yoghurt or any other vegan yoghurt alternative
  • 110 g Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 Banana

Instructions
 

  • Crush the custard creams and add them to the bottom of the freezer-friendly dish
  • Next add Coconut Water, Vegan Vanilla Yoghurt, Frozen Blueberries and 1 Banana to a blender
  • Blend the ingredients and then add the smoothie to the biscuit-lined freezer-friendly dish
  • Freeze for 3 hours
  • Serve and enjoy!
