- 4 Custard Creams (gluten free & vegan version)
- 125 ml Coconut Water
- 100 g Alpro Vanilla Yoghurt or any other vegan yoghurt alternative
- 110 g Frozen Blueberries
- 1 Banana
Crush the custard creams and add them to the bottom of the freezer-friendly dish
Next add Coconut Water, Vegan Vanilla Yoghurt, Frozen Blueberries and 1 Banana to a blender
Blend the ingredients and then add the smoothie to the biscuit-lined freezer-friendly dish
