Ingredients
  

  • 125 ml Coconut Water
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 medium orange peeled and chopped
  • 50 g Frozen Mango
  • 100 g Alpro Vanilla Yoghurt or any other vegan yoghurt alternative

Instructions
 

  • Peel and cut up an orange and a carrot into slices that can be easily added to a blender
  • Add the chopped carrots, orange slices, coconut water, frozen mango and Vegan Vanilla yoghurt to a blender
  • Blend in intervals to check that you have blended all of the fruit
  • Enjoy!
