- 125 ml Coconut Water
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 medium orange peeled and chopped
- 50 g Frozen Mango
- 100 g Alpro Vanilla Yoghurt or any other vegan yoghurt alternative
Peel and cut up an orange and a carrot into slices that can be easily added to a blender
Add the chopped carrots, orange slices, coconut water, frozen mango and Vegan Vanilla yoghurt to a blender
Blend in intervals to check that you have blended all of the fruit
