How To Make Gluten-Free Strawberry Yoghurt Ice Lollies

1 Blender
1 Scale
1 measuring cup
1 Ice Lolly Mould
- 150 ml of Cranberry Juice
- 160 ml of Gluten-Free Vanilla Yoghurt
- 185 g of Strawberries
Pour out the quantity of yoghurt into the cup of the blender using a measuring cup.
Measure the correct quantity of cranberry juice into the cup of the blender.
Use the weighing scale, weigh out the strawberries. Put the correct quantity of fruit into the cup of the blender.
Fix the blender cup tightly in the blender. Blend until the mixture is consistent. This should take way less than a minute.
Detach the cup. Pour the smoothie into the mould. Place the ice lolly sticks in the moulds.
Transport the filled mould to the freezer. Make sure they are placed somewhere where they are unlikely to be knocked over.
Leave the mould in the freezer for 4-6 hours (preferably overnight).
Take out the mould from the freezer. Leave for 2 minutes.
Then take the ice lollies out of the mould.
