How To Make Great Gluten Free Vegan Roast Potatoes

Golden, crispy roast potatoes with a fluffy interior - gluten-free and vegan, yet indulgent and festive. Perfectly seasoned and roasted to perfection, they’re a crowd-pleasing side dish for any holiday table. - 1.5 kg Maris Pipers Potatoes
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Rosemary (dried) or fresh
Preheat the oven to 220oC (200oC fan)
Wash and peel the potatoes and cut them into approximately 4-5cm by 4-5cm chunks
Next parboil the potato chunks for approximately 20 minutes on a medium to high heat
Whilst the potatoes are parboiling, line the oven dish with 2 tbsp of olive oil
Once the potatoes are parboiled, place them in the oven dish and cover them with black pepper, rosemary and 2 tbsp of olive oil
Cover the oven dish filled with potatoes in tin foil and then cook for 1 hour
After an hour, take the tin foil off and cook for another 30 minutes
Serve and enjoy!
