Equipment

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 Glass
  • 1 measuring cup
  • 1 Straw
  • 1 weighing scale

Ingredients
  

  • 230 g of frozen blueberries
  • 150 ml of gluten-free vegan vanilla yoghurt
  • 70 ml of grape juice

Instructions
 

  • Take the measuring cup and use it to pour out the quantity of yoghurt into the cup of the blender.
  • Measure the correct quantity of grape juice into the cup.
  • Next weigh the blueberries using the weighing scale and place the correct quantity of blueberries into the cup.
  • Fix the cup securely in the blender. Blend the mixture until it looks consistent. This should take way less than a minute.
  • Detach the cup and pour the smoothie into the glass.
  • Place a straw in the smoothie.
