1 Glass
1 measuring cup
1 Straw
1 weighing scale
- 230 g of frozen blueberries
- 150 ml of gluten-free vegan vanilla yoghurt
- 70 ml of grape juice
Take the measuring cup and use it to pour out the quantity of yoghurt into the cup of the blender.
Measure the correct quantity of grape juice into the cup.
Next weigh the blueberries using the weighing scale and place the correct quantity of blueberries into the cup.
Fix the cup securely in the blender. Blend the mixture until it looks consistent. This should take way less than a minute.
Detach the cup and pour the smoothie into the glass.
Place a straw in the smoothie.
