Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Mince Beef
  • 2 Carrots chopped
  • 1 White Onion diced
  • 2 Red Peppers diced
  • 3 tbsp Tomato Puree double check to make sure that the brand you use is gluten free
  • 2 tbsp Gluten Free Beef Stock
  • 1.6 kg Tinned Tomatoes 4 Tins
  • 4 tbsp Oregano dried
  • 4 tbsp Basil dried
  • Sprinkle of Salt and Pepper optional
  • 1 tbsp Olive Olive Oil
  • 500 g Gluten Free Spaghetti
  • Parmesan Cheese optional + use however much you like

Instructions
 

  • Place a boiling pot on high heat on the hob and add 1tbsp of olive oil.
  • Whilst waiting for the olive oil to heat and begin simmering, dice the carrots, onion, and red peppers.
  • Once the oil is hot, add the diced carrots, onion, and red peppers to the pot. Stir occasionally until the onions turn golden brown.
  • Reduce the heat from high to medium-high, then add the minced beef to the pot. Cook for approximately 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Season the meat with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper for flavour.
  • Once the mince beef is nicely browned, stir in the tomato paste, tinned tomatoes, and gluten-free beef stock.
  • Let Bolognese simmer on a low heat whilst parboiling the spaghetti
  • Plate and enjoy!
