Blueberry Mixture
- 900 g Frozen Blueberries
- 50 g Caster Sugar
- Drops of Lemon Juice
Crumble Topping
- 100 g Butter
- 150 g Gluten Free Flour
- 150 g Gluten Free Oats
- 70 g Brown Sugar
Preheat the oven to 180oC fan (200oC oven)
Mix the caster sugar and frozen blueberries together. Once the blueberries have been thoroughly coated with the caster sugar add a hearty amount of lemon juice to the blueberries (at least 2 tbsp).
To make the crumble use butter, then add gluten free flour, gluten free oats and brown sugar. Mix/rub the crumble mixture together with your fingers until it looks like breadcrumbs.
Place the crumble mixture on top of the frozen blueberries in the oven dish and then place the dish in the oven at 180oC (fan) for 35-45 minutes or until the cherry crumble looks golden brown and the blueberries are bubbling underneath
